What does each of us know that is true for each of us?  What can you know that is 100

% proof positive?

You.

Your body,

            Your heart,

                                                Your mind,

                        Your thoughts,

                        Your feelings,

                        Your needs,

                        And your desires.

YOU.

That’s all you can REALLY, TRULY KNOW!

You.

            You here,

                        You now,

                                    You.

     The next thing that is true for all of us to realize is the fact that the past is over. 

You can’t change the past. 

The future is unpredictable.

You can plan all you want but you can’t control the future 

entirely.

Now, 

            This moment,

                        This time,

                                    And this place.

This is all we TRULY have any control or POWER in.

The next thing that each and every one of us has in common is:

CHOICE

     In almost every situation we have a choice.  Sometimes those choices are very limited. 

But we almost always have a choice. 

You can go ahead and do the same thing you have always done and will most likely

get the same results you always get. OR

            You can CHOOSE to handle it in a new and POSTITIVE way.

From this moment on,

You can CHOOSE to think in a new and positive way.

            You can CHOOSE to feel in a new and positive way.

                        You can CHOOSE to live in a new and positive way.

Remember to let go of the negativity of the past. 

Embrace the positive power of this moment.

positive change in Yourselves. 

     A wonderful attitude to adopt is the theory that if you make the best of this   

      moment,

            If you try to be happy here and now,

            If you make the most of this moment,

            If you live this moment from a positive perspective,

If you live this theory and always be happy

In the moment

Then you’ll always be happy.

     It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from or what religion you belong to,

YOU HAVE that transforming power in yourself in this moment to lead a positive and

happy life.
